After the last few years it's become clear that we all have a deep need for both coaching and movement - particularly Restorative yoga. I offer Brain & Body sessions: part yoga; part coaching & goal setting. These sessions have an open structure depending on your needs at the time. You may want more movement, less talk or vice versa. Each session will end with an action step or two to move you towards your end goals. Combining intentional movement with goals allows you to connect to the innate wisdom and response of your body and gather feedback in a new and powerful way.
These sessions take place in-person in my home. I am not currently taking new yoga clients.
National Board Certified
Health & Wellness Coach.
I have over 10 years experience as a Wellness Coach - both in private practice and in a clinical setting. My job is to help people uncover strengths, connect to values, and light the spark of lasting change.
What changes or new habits are you working on? Are you ready for small steps, or big leaps? What challenges do you anticipate? Working with a coach helps you answer these questions and keeps you on track with structure and accountability. We co-create a plan to get you where you want to go that takes into account your readiness, pace, motivators, and core values.
Common topics: self-care, stress resilience, life-work balance, mindfulness, exercise, nutrition, weight, and sleep.
Currently seeing clients only on phone or Zoom.
I teach to the person in front of me in whatever capacity they present themselves. I create a safe and nurturing space to access both strength and calm in the body.
I am a firm believer in the power of both movement and intentional rest. Working one-on-one we'll tailor your sessions to whatever level of intensity or calm you're looking for - it might be a vigorous vinyasa one day and a slow, mellow restorative the next.
Whether you're looking for increased range of motion; modifications for specific poses; or refinement of a favorite pose; one-on-one sessions provide a unique opportunity for growth.
These sessions take place in-person in my home.

Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner.
I have created food and nutrition classes and workshops geared towards helping people reframe what food is to them. I offer clients practical ways to reconnect with food; to nourish their bodies; and make choices that are in alignment with their personal goals. Food is a challenging topic - at base it sustains us; nourishes our bodies; connects us to the past, to family, to culture. It holds emotion and connection.
It's easy to get lost and separated from healthful ways of eating. My passion is to help clients find their path back to a way of enjoying food that is sustainable and aligns with their values and goals. After we choose a focus topic we'll make a plan of action to get you where you want to go.
These sessions are on the phone or via Zoom.
